The relationship between post-meeting interactions and meeting effectiveness

Workplace meetings are considered as an integral part of organizational life. Meeting is usually viewed as an isolated event, although is a complex issue consisting not just of interactions during the meeting, but also from pre-meeting and post-meeting interactions. Surprisingly, researchers have paid such a little attention to the post-meeting interactions and to what happens after the meeting. Also, the relationship between post-meeting interactions and meeting effectiveness is still completely neglected. Consequently, purpose of study is to identify constructs of post-meeting interactions and what factors determine meeting effectiveness of managers and meeting attendees.
