Angažovanost a zapojení v hybridních týmech: Role virtuální reality v agilních retrospektivách

Hybrid teams, consisting of both collocated and remote workers, face unique challenges in coordination, knowledge sharing, and addressing inequality perceptions. To improve the hybrid workspace experience, organizations adopt diverse tools and strategies. However, creating an equitable environment where collocated staff do not dominate remains a challenge. Agile retrospectives, used for reflection and improvement in teams, are effective in collocated settings but require further exploration in the context of remote and hybrid work setups. This study proposes investigating how virtual reality (VR) can enhance engagement and overcome communication barriers in agile retrospectives within hybrid team settings. By employing a mixed-method approach, analyzing engagement levels using Social Network Analysis, and collecting qualitative data through interviews, this research aims to contribute to the understanding of using VR to improve engagement in virtual team meetings within hybrid teams.
